The ELA conference promises to be an engaging event, featuring informative panels, influential speakers, and numerous opportunities to connect with industry experts. This year, the Conference will be held at the Marriott Waterfront Hotel, conveniently located in Baltimore’s  vibrant Harbor East neighborhood.  The ELA Board is finalizing the conference schedule, and we have provided some preliminary details below to assist you in making travel arrangements.

Monday - February 24, 2025 

• 10:00am-12:00pm - Conference Check-in and Registration 
• 11:00am-11:15am - Annual ELA Membership Meeting  - ELA Members only
• 11:15am-11:45am - Capital Markets Discussion - ELA Members only
• 11:30am-12:00pm - Boxed Lunch Break 
• 12:00pm-12:15pm - Welcoming Remarks - Conference starts for ELA Members and HUD Attendees
• 12:15pm-7:00pm - Afternoon schedule to be finalized. 
• 5:30pm-7:00pm – Opening Cocktail Reception. 

Tuesday - February 25, 2025

• 8:00am-9:00am – Breakfast
• 9:00am-5:15pm - Tuesday schedule to be finalized.  See below regarding the Lender/HUD Roundtable
• 5:30pm-7:00pm – Tuesday Cocktail Reception.

Wednesday - February 26, 2025

• 8:00am-9:00am  - Breakfast 
• 9:00am-11:45am -Wednesday schedule to be finalized. 
• 11:45am-12:00am - Closing Remarks 

The 2025 ELA Conference requires an active membership for non-HUD attendees.   If your organization has not paid its 2025 dues, we kindly request that you settle this before proceeding with registration. All registrations will be reviewed and any that do not meet this criteria will be voided. Thank you for your assistance and understanding!

  • Conference Cost:  $700 per attendee 
  • There are a limited number of rooms available at the Marriott, offering reduced rates. Due to high demand, we anticipate that these rooms will fill up quickly. The HUD and Lender Roundtable will occur on Tuesday, February 25th at the ELA Conference. The Roundtable is limited to one predesignated representative from each Lender (excluding ELA Board Members). Attendance will be strictly monitored.
